Description

Enjoy the perfect blend of sweet and savory with this easy Honey Glazed Salmon recipe. Tender salmon fillets are coated with a flavorful honey glaze for a quick, healthy, and delicious dinner in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Flip the salmon and brush the tops generously with the honey glaze.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.

If you don’t have an oven-safe skillet, transfer the salmon to a baking dish after searing.

Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
