Description

Sweet, spicy, and crispy, these Hot Honey Peach Wings are the ultimate game-day snack or weeknight treat! Oven-baked to perfection and coated in a luscious peach honey glaze with a hint of spice, these wings deliver the perfect balance of sweet and heat in every bite.

Ingredients

For the Wings:

12 chicken wings, split and tips removed

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

½ cup peach preserves

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Season & Bake: Pat wings dry, season with salt and pepper, and toss with olive oil. Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach preserves, honey, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and garlic. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in butter until smooth.
  4. Coat the Wings: Transfer the baked wings to a bowl, pour the hot honey peach sauce over them, and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately with your favorite sides and dipping sauces!

Notes

Extra Crispy Wings: Bake on a wire rack for better air circulation.

Grilled Option: Cook wings over medium heat on the grill for a smoky twist.

Air Fryer Method: Air fry at 380°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Make-Ahead Sauce: Store sauce in the fridge for up to 1 week and reheat before use.
