Ingredients

For the Iced Chai Latte:

1 chai tea bag

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Ice cubes

For the Pumpkin Cold Foam:

1/4 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)

1 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Brew the chai tea by steeping the tea bag in 1/2 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool slightly.
  2. In a glass, mix the cooled chai tea with milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream (or coconut cream), pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until light and foamy.
  5. Pour the pumpkin cold foam over the iced chai latte and serve immediately.

Notes

To make the recipe dairy-free, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and choose a plant-based milk like almond or oat milk.

Store-bought chai concentrate can be used instead of brewed chai tea, just adjust the sweetness to your taste.
