Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

2 large eggs

2 cups powdered sugar

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Crust: Mix the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and egg in a bowl until a soft dough forms. Press evenly into the dish.
