Description

Indulge in the delightful flavors of Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Crusted Chicken, a restaurant-quality dish you can easily make at home. This recipe features marinated chicken breasts, a rich blend of cheeses, and a crispy Panko breadcrumb topping, creating an irresistible meal perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

12 ounces chicken breasts (2 portions)

1 cup Lea & Perrin’s Chicken Marinade

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 ounce Gruyere cheese, shredded

4 ounces white Cheddar, shredded

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, shredded

2 ounces Fontina cheese, shredded

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally and marinate in a zip-top bag with Lea & Perrin’s Chicken Marinade for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side and 4-5 minutes on the other until lightly browned.
  3. Prepare the cheese blend by combining Gruyere, white Cheddar, Parmesan, and Fontina cheeses. Make the cheese sauce by heating heavy cream and 1/2 cup of the cheese blend in a small skillet over low heat.
  4. Toss Panko breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the oven to broil. Place the cooked chicken on an oven-safe dish, top with cheese sauce, shredded cheese blend, and buttered Panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Broil for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.

Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a green salad for a complete meal.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
