Description

Indulge in the creamy delight of Lotus Biscoff Mousse—a luxurious, airy dessert featuring the rich caramel flavor of Biscoff cookies. Perfect for special occasions or a quick treat, this easy-to-make mousse combines the velvety smoothness of whipped cream with the distinct taste of Biscoff spread, topped with crunchy crushed cookies for added texture.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup Biscoff spread

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

6 Biscoff cookies, crushed (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture until fully incorporated, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving cups or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies on top.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream or a dairy-free whipped topping.

The mousse can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Adjust the amount of Biscoff spread and powdered sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter or less sweet mousse.
