Ingredients

4½ cups chopped cooked chicken

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup cottage cheese

½ cup sour cream

1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp dried onion powder

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

5 Tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup until well blended.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the chicken layer.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
