Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add molasses, mix well, then beat in eggs one at a time and vanilla extract.
- Combine and Mix: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with bourbon and buttermilk. Mix until just combined.
