Description

Indulge in these No-Bake Cookie Butter Blossoms—rich and creamy bites made with cookie butter and topped with a chocolate kiss. Perfect for quick desserts, these delicious treats require no baking, making them an easy and delightful option for any occasion.

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed

1 cup creamy cookie butter

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups quick-cooking oats

30 milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the cookie butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually stir in the quick-cooking oats until the mixture is well combined and begins to thicken.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Press a milk chocolate kiss into the center of each ball, flattening it slightly.
  5. Refrigerate the cookie butter blossoms for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.

Notes

For a different texture, consider using crunchy cookie butter instead of creamy.

You can store these cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze them for up to 2 months.
