Ingredients
For the Crust:
1/4 cup melted butter
25 Oreo cookies (1 package, 300g)
For the Filling:
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
24 oz cream cheese (3 packages, 250g/8oz each)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
25 Oreo cookies (1 package, 300g)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, blend 25 Oreo cookies with melted butter until smooth and sticky. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- Prepare the Filling: Melt white chocolate chips with 1/4 cup of cream in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and melted white chocolate. Add the remaining 1 cup of cream and beat until thickened and fluffy.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Crush 20 Oreo cookies and stir into the filling. Spread the mixture over the crust. Cover and chill for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Serve: Slice and serve the cheesecake. Garnish with reserved Oreo cookies if desired.

For a thicker texture, chill the cheesecake overnight.
