Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups milk

1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream (for glaze)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk until thickened. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat 2 cups of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the prepared pudding.
  3. Microwave the peanut butter for 20 seconds to soften it. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
  4. Layer graham crackers over the peanut butter. Spread half of the pudding mixture on top.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  6. For the chocolate glaze, heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until warm. Pour it over the chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Spread the glaze over the top layer.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
