2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup Hershey’s cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the milk while stirring constantly until smooth.
