Ingredients
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add grated cheddar cheese, diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
