Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced

2 cups beef broth
1 cup salsa
1 cup water
8 oz uncooked pasta shells or elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Cook the Beef
