1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Flatten the Chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Bread the Chicken:
    • Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
    • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and coat thoroughly with the Parmesan mixture.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  4. Prepare the Sauce:
