Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup beef broth
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
