Description

A savory, tangy, and slightly sweet potsticker sauce that’s perfect for dumplings, spring rolls, and more. Made in just 5 minutes with simple pantry ingredients, this versatile dipping sauce is a must-have for your appetizers.

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey (or brown sugar) until combined.
  2. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.
  3. Let the sauce sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  5. Serve with potstickers, dumplings, or appetizers of choice. Enjoy!

Notes

Adjust sweetness by increasing or decreasing honey or brown sugar.

For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of chili oil.

Sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
