Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Prepare the Cookie Dough:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Bake the Cookies:
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

- Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting:
