2 cups milk

For the Topping:
1 cup whipped topping

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans (if using) to form the crust. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust.
