Description

These no-bake Pumpkin Oreo Balls combine the rich flavor of crushed Oreo cookies with a smooth, pumpkin-spiced cream cheese filling, all wrapped in a white chocolate shell. They’re the perfect quick and easy fall dessert, ideal for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or any autumn occasion. Serve these bite-sized treats at your next gathering for a sweet, festive touch.

Ingredients

1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies (regular or Golden Oreos)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

12 oz white chocolate, melted

Orange food coloring (optional)

Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies (including the cream) until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and stir in orange food coloring if desired.
  5. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, coating it evenly. Return the coated balls to the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Garnish with sprinkles or crushed Oreos before the chocolate sets.
  7. Allow the Oreo balls to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

Storage: Store the Pumpkin Oreo Balls in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or freeze them for up to 3 months.

Customizations: Try using different flavored Oreos or chocolate coatings for variety. You can also adjust the amount of pumpkin pie spice to suit your taste.

Serving: Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best texture.
