Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat or chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

- Transfer seared beef, potatoes, beef broth, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper to a slow cooker. Mix to combine.

- Cover and cook:
