3 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  3. Assemble the Cheesecake Bites: Spoon the cheesecake filling into each muffin liner, filling them almost to the top.
  4. Add Cinnamon-Sugar Topping: In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle this mixture over the cheesecake bites.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. Allow the bites to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
