Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Cookie Dough:
- Cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and strawberry Jell-O powder. Gradually incorporate into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chopped fresh strawberries, if using.
- Prepare the Crunch Topping:
- Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Add sprinkles if desired.
