1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)

Prepare the crust: Combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
-
Prepare the filling: Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
-
Assemble the lasagna: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer half of the chopped strawberries and drizzle half of the strawberry jam (optional) on top.
-
Repeat layers: Add the remaining cream cheese mixture, then layer the remaining strawberries and drizzle with the rest of the strawberry jam.
-
Chill and serve: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute graham crackers with gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
You can use any fruit of your choice, like blueberries or raspberries, instead of strawberries.
For a lighter version, try reduced-fat cream cheese or whipped topping.
