Description

This Strawberry Lasagna recipe combines creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and a buttery graham cracker crust for a refreshing, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. This easy-to-make treat is ideal for warm days and gatherings, offering a light yet indulgent dessert without the need for baking. With customizable options like adding fruit or using a gluten-free crust, it’s a versatile and crowd-pleasing choice.

Ingredients

1 package (9 oz) graham crackers, crushed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups heavy whipping cream

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator.

  2. Prepare the filling: Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

  3. Assemble the lasagna: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer half of the chopped strawberries and drizzle half of the strawberry jam (optional) on top.

  4. Repeat layers: Add the remaining cream cheese mixture, then layer the remaining strawberries and drizzle with the rest of the strawberry jam.

  5. Chill and serve: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute graham crackers with gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.

You can use any fruit of your choice, like blueberries or raspberries, instead of strawberries.

For a lighter version, try reduced-fat cream cheese or whipped topping.
