Description

Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add both smoked paprika, regular paprika, and red pepper flakes (if desired). Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss in the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes to heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Add veggies like spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
For a spicier version, increase the red pepper flakes or add cayenne pepper.
