Ingredients

12 ounces jumbo pasta shells

1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

2/3 cup water

1 1/2 cups jarred salsa, divided

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cook the pasta shells:

Boil the jumbo pasta shells in a pot according to the directions on the box.

Drain the cooked shells and set them aside.

Prepare the taco filling:

In the same pot, add the ground beef and brown it well.

Drain excess fat from the beef.

Add the taco seasoning and water to the pot, stir, and cook until the water is fully absorbed.

Combine with salsa and cheese:
