Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, teriyaki sauce, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
