Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.

  5. Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
