Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

3 cups stuffing mix (store-bought or homemade)

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 stalks celery, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp dried sage

1 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

1/4 cup melted butter (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chopped onion, celery, garlic, chicken broth, parsley, sage, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Form Balls: Using your hands, form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter). Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
  4. Brush with Butter: Brush the tops of each stuffing ball with melted butter for a golden finish.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are cooked through and golden brown on top.

Notes

You can prepare the mixture ahead of time and refrigerate it overnight.

Freezing uncooked stuffing balls is an option; bake them directly from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
