Ingredients

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup pecans, roughly chopped

1/2 cup caramel sauce

1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional for drizzle)

Sea salt (optional for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the melted chocolate and use a toothpick or knife to swirl it into the chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top of the chocolate and caramel mixture.
  6. If using, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the bark for extra decoration.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the bark for a sweet-salty flavor.
