Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
- Prepare the Cake Batter: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture alternately with milk, mixing until just combined.
