1/2 cup hot water

Marshmallow Filling:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Make the Chocolate Cookies: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Stir in hot water.
