Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup fresh fruit (e.g., blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
  3. Spoon small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1 tablespoon each.
