Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
- Spoon small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Top each dollop with a few pieces of fresh fruit for added flavor and texture.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt bites are firm and completely frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
These bites freeze well and can be made ahead for quick snacks throughout the week.
Feel free to use any fresh fruit you have on hand, such as mango, kiwi, or tropical fruits.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup, especially if you use flavored Greek yogurt.
