2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
-
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

Add flour and salt. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

Shape dough into 8 small rolls and place on a greased baking sheet. Let rise for 10–15 minutes.
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake rolls for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

While rolls bake, melt butter in a small saucepan. Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan.

Brush garlic-Parmesan butter over warm rolls. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
-
Serve warm and enjoy.
