Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Crush the Biscuits:
    Place digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin or pulse them in a food processor.
  3. Combine Base Ingredients:
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter with milk chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in the crushed biscuits and half the chopped Crunchie bars, mixing to coat evenly.
  4. Press and Layer:
    Press the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with the back of a spoon. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top, smoothing it with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining chopped Crunchie bars on top for decoration.
  5. Set and Serve:
