Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Yellow food coloring (optional)

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and yellow food coloring if using.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
- Remove from the pan, dust with powdered sugar, slice into squares, and serve.
