Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

Yellow food coloring (optional)

Powdered sugar, for dusting


Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and yellow food coloring if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until fully set.
  7. Remove from the pan, dust with powdered sugar, slice into squares, and serve.
