Description

Crispy, golden-brown air fryer cheeseburger egg rolls packed with seasoned beef, melty cheddar, tangy pickles, and onions. Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

12 egg roll wrappers

Cooking spray or oil for misting

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the Filling: Stir in cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  3. Assemble Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Add about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center.
  4. Fold & Seal: Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edge with water.
  5. Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 380°F (190°C).
  6. Cook the Egg Rolls: Lightly spray the egg rolls with oil and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Notes

For extra crispiness: Avoid overloading the filling and lightly spray the rolls with oil before air frying.

To bake instead: Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
