Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup honey mustard

8 slices bacon, cooked and crispy

1 cup sautéed mushrooms

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish. Brush each with honey mustard.
