This decadent treat combines creamy cheesecake with the comforting flavors of apple crisp for a dessert experience like no other. Perfect for any occasion, this recipe will satisfy your sweet cravings and impress your guests.

Ingredients

Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling:

3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Apple Topping:

3 cups peeled and chopped apples (about 3 large apples)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Crisp Topping:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract. Pour over the crust.
  4. Combine chopped apples, sugar, and cinnamon for the apple topping. Spread over the cheesecake layer.
  5. Make the crisp topping by mixing flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes until almost set, covering with foil if the top browns too much. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

Experiment with different types of apples for varying flavors and textures.

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
