Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly.
- For the streusel topping, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter.
