Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mousse and adjust sweetness or cocoa powder as desired. For a thinner consistency, add almond milk one teaspoon at a time.
  3. Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set and enhance flavors.

Notes
