Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the cooked chicken in a bowl and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to evenly coat.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and easy to fold.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread ranch dressing across the center.
- Layer the seasoned chicken, sliced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes over the dressing.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a burrito wrap.
