2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional toppings: sliced tomato, red onion, lettuce, extra avocado
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced avocado, minced garlic, red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Gently mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾-inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat or preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from heat and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve on toasted buns or lettuce wraps with desired toppings.

Lightly oil grill grates to prevent sticking.
Patties can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated.
Store cooked patties in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
