Description

Savor the homemade delight of Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries, a perfect blend of crispy, garlicky, and cheesy goodness. Ideal for those seeking a healthier alternative to traditional fries, this recipe combines the earthiness of russet potatoes with the rich flavors of garlic and Parmesan, all baked to perfection.

Ingredients

3 Large Russet Potatoes

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

2 tsp. Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp. Parsley Flakes

½ c Grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin, french fry shapes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until crispy.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure the fries are spread out evenly on the baking sheet without overcrowding.

Adjust the seasoning according to taste preferences.

Leftover fries can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated in an oven or skillet.
