Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1/2 cup fruit (blueberries, bananas, or apples)

1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
