Ingredients

24 wonton wrappers

1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Wonton Cups: Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the muffin tin to form a small cup shape. Lightly spray the wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned. Set aside.
  3. Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the Cups: Spoon filling into each wonton cup.
  5. Bake: Return filled cups to the oven for 10-12 minutes until filling is heated through and cheese is melted.
