Description

Banana Cream Cheesecake Bars are a dreamy, no-bake dessert featuring a buttery Nilla Wafer crust and a creamy, banana-flavored cheesecake filling. Perfect for gatherings or make-ahead treats, these decadent bars are loaded with indulgent banana flavor and topped with optional garnishes like whipped cream and fresh banana slices.

Ingredients

3 cups Nilla Wafer cookie crumbs (approximately one 11-ounce box)

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 pint heavy whipping cream

3/4 cup sugar

24 ounces cream cheese (3 8-ounce packages), softened

2 packages instant banana cream pudding mix (3.4 ounces each)

Optional garnish: whipped topping and banana slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare Crust: Combine Nilla Wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Chill.
  2. Whip Cream: In a metal bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in banana pudding.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  5. Assemble Bars: Spread filling over crust. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve: Slice into 9 bars. Add garnishes as desired. Serve chilled.

Notes

Chill crust thoroughly to ensure stability.

For clean cuts, use a warm, sharp knife and wipe between cuts.

Garnish just before serving to keep toppings fresh.
