Description

Ingredients

3 tbsp butter

300g (10 oz) mini marshmallows

180g (6 cups) Rice Krispies cereal

1 package instant banana pudding mix

480ml (2 cups) milk

2 ripe bananas, sliced

240ml (1 cup) whipped cream

Honey, for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice Krispies Layer:
    • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
    • Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
    • Mix in the Rice Krispies cereal until well-coated.
    • Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Banana Pudding Layer:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk the instant banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened and smooth.
  3. Assemble the Dessert:
    • Spread the prepared banana pudding evenly over the cooled Rice Krispies layer.
    • Arrange the banana slices on top of the pudding.
    • Spread a thick layer of whipped cream over the banana slices.
  4. Finish with Honey:
    • Drizzle honey over the dessert right before serving.

Notes

Use lemon juice to prevent banana slices from browning.
