Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Mixture:
    • In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.
    • Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Assemble the Casserole:
