Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled

1/4 cup Biscoff spread, melted

Cocoa powder, for dusting

Biscoff cookies (amount needed for layering)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  4. Dip Biscoff cookies briefly in the cooled coffee, and arrange them in a single layer at the bottom of a dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  6. Drizzle half of the melted Biscoff spread over the mascarpone layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

For best results, chill the tiramisu overnight to allow the flavors to fully develop.
